Grand Haven has a multitude of fine shops and area restaurants. Dining opportunities range from typical fast food outlets, caf?'s, coffee houses and grills to five star dining experiences.
From Rycenga Marina you will find a Walgreen Drugs, Starbucks Coffee and the Rendezvous Restaurant (just to name a few) just to our west toward downtown Grand Haven. There are many other Restaurants and fast food choices along US-31 to the south of us where you will also find Meijer's and Wal-Mart stores about 3 miles out and south of Robbins Road on the east side of the highway. You will find many more Restaurants and shops nearby such as Fricano's, The Sportsmen's Bar and others. Use the links below to help find these and many others not listed here.
There are many attractions in the area to see. The Musical Fountain is across the boardwalk on the Grand River and has spectacular shows nightly from May through September. Grand Haven hosts the annual Coast Guard Festival (Friday July 24 to August 2, 2009) with activities for the entire family. The annual 'Salmon Festival' is September 18 - 20, 2009 with events such as a craft show, food and wine tasting, music and more.
There is a spectacular beach along the Lake Michigan shoreline with Grand Haven State Park situated at the mouth of the River along the beach.
